The information, technical data and business trade secrets ("Information") used by HTT for the installation of products utilizing ISOMEMBRANE®
technology are considered confidential. Customer agrees to hold in trust and maintain the Information secret and confidential and will not disclose it to
others or use it in any way, without the written consent of HTT. Customer will disclose Information only to those employees who have a need to know such Information
for the purpose of evaluating the feasability of the installation of products utilizing ISOMEMBRANE® technology. Customer will bind these employees
with the same requirement of secrecy and confidentiality as is imposed on Customer by this Agreement. Upon completion of its evaluation, Customer
shall deliver to HTT the information and all documents derived therefrom. Nothing herein is intended to be construed as giving the Customer ownership of or any
rights to the ISOMEMBRANE® technology or as granting Customer any rights under any trade secrets or other proprietary rights of HTT.
